Vietnam Tourism Certification Board

1. Organization:

The Vietnam Tourism Certification Board (VTCB) was founded on April 24th 2003 by the Chairperson of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) (issued Establishment Decision No.103/QD/TCDL) with the technical support from Luxembourg Government. The members of VTCB currently include representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, VNAT; Ministry of Education and Training (MOET); Ministry of Labor Invalids and Social affairs (MOLISA); Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA); Some Tourism Schools and Colleges; and leading Tourism companies.

Train to be a super supervisor! - Training schedule for 2009

 In February 2009, the EU Project, in coordination with the Asian Management and Development Institute (AMDI), will implement two 5-day training courses on Supervisory Skills in order to help enterprises and training institutes to improve the training quality and professional skills of their employees in the enterprises by means of a workforce of qualified Trainers/Supervisors.
